Public Records Act Policy

Requests for public records will be responded to in accordance with the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250, et seq.). The Clerk of the Board is responsible for handling public records requests and may consult with legal counsel, as needed.

To request public records from the board, please contact the Clerk of the Board, Irene Clements, via email at Iclements@AltaHCD.com. Please make sure to specify which records you are requesting and the board will provide them in accordance with the California Public Records Act referenced above and in accordance with the Public Records Request Policy provided below.

Policy IX  - Public Record Request
